This year the programs will be held in two locations - Boxborough and Marlborough. Please read the options below carefully before choosing your hotel.

The only option currently available for retreat registration is without accommodation. If you would like accommodation during the retreat and Devi Bhava or if you would like to stay in the same hotel & room for all public program nights and retreat you will need to make your room reservations directly at one of the hotels listed below.

Rooms for Devi Bhava only (July 13th) are still available at the Best Western.

Room booking options

If you plan to stay for the public program on July 10 only, please book your room directly with the Holiday Inn in Boxborough. Ask for the special MA Center rate of “MAT”.

If you plan to only stay for Devi Bhava night, you can call the Best Western directly and ask for the MA Center or Amma rate.

Accommodations with retreat are sold out at the Best Western. You can register for the retreat without accommodation and make a reservations directly with one of the hotels below. You will not be able to register for accommodations with MA Center at this point.

The Hampton Inn is within the same campus as the Best Western. It is a short, very slightly uphill walk (approx 5 minutes) across the parking lot to the Trade Center where the program is held. Meals for the retreat will be served at the Best Western, so you walk 12 to 15 minutes to reach it from Hampton.

The special MA Center rate if you want to book with this hotel directly is $111. Ask for the “AMMA” rate.

The Holiday Inn is 1.3 miles from the Best Western, a few mins drive or a 20-25 minute walk.

The MA Center rate is $99. Ask for the “AMMA” rate

The Holiday Inn is 1.3 miles by car from the Best Western. If walking, closer to 1 mile as you can use either of 2 pedestrian cut-throughs. The walk from the Holiday Inn to the Trade Center is approx 15 minutes (all downhill) with the return trip taking closer to 20-25 mins (all uphill). Please note that the walk to and from the Trade Center will require you to cross exit and entry ramps to a major highway which is not very safe. Therefore the Holiday Inn may not be the best option if you do not have a car. Please see the list of additional hotels below. The Homestead Suites, the Embassy Suites and the Courtyard are all on the same side of the highway as the Trade Center making them safer options if you plan to walk.
