You will need to take Amtrak to Penn Station in NYC then follow the directions listed below.

Public Transportation from Penn Station, NYC

You will need to take Amtrak, along with the Commuter Rail (MBTA) and a taxi / Amma’s Shuttle to reach the hotel (venue).

Amtrak Options
Option I
1. Take Amtrak from Penn Station NYC to South Station Boston.
2. From South Station, take the MBTA Worcester/Framingham Commuter Rail (Outbound) and get off at the Southborough Commuter Rail Station.

Option II
1. Alternatively, you can take Amtrak from Penn Station NYC to Worcester Union Station in Worcester, MA and connect with the MBTA Worcester/Framingham Commuter Rail (Inbound).
2. You need to get off at the Southborough Commuter Rail Station. Please note that based on Amtrak and Commuter Rail schedules, there may be only one connection between Amtrak and the Commuter Rail to Worcester each day. Option I to South Station has more connections.

Southborough Commuter Rail to the Hotel (Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel, Marlborough, MA)
At Southborough Commuter Rail Station, you can either call a taxi to complete your trip OR you may be able to take the Amma shuttle.

Taxi / Cab: Taxis are available on a call basis from Southborough Commuter Station to the Trade Center at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, MA. We strongly suggest that you call a taxi ahead of time to confirm availability and make arrangements.

Amma Shuttle: At designated times coinciding with the MBTA commuter rail schedule for the Framingham/Worcester line, Amma’s volunteers provide free rides to and from the hotel to Southborough commuter rail station. Amma’s shuttle operates on a limited schedule. PLEASE VERIFY the shuttle schedule by visiting this link.
